We currently have around 100 vendors under our roof, including makers, artists, and vintage dealers.
As space comes available, our team meets to select new vendors; the process includes vetting for selection, pricing, quality, marketing, and aesthetic.
Once selected, we have 3 ways vendors can be part of our collective, as determined by our team:
•Consignment vendors put in their merchandise at a 60/40 (Vendor/Unfurl) split.
•Leasing vendors {usually large collections of a variety of items such as furniture and home decor} lease space at $4/sf and keep 90% of their sales.
•Popup markets: usually held 2-3 times per month on our back deck and lot. Fees for these markets vary from $25-$50 depending upon the event.
Permanent indoor vendors (leasing or consignment) are treated as independent contractors and do not need to be on site to sell. All sales are handled by our team through our POS system. Unfurl collects and reports sales tax and Vendors are given a 1099 at the end of the fiscal year. Sales reports and payouts are sent to vendors monthly.
Popup vendors: simply set up in our space on market day; must be present for the event and handle all of their own sales and taxes.
